Transformation Begins Before Release.
Support Continues Beyond It.
The Way Forward
A new beginning requires more than an open door.
It requires preparation, opportunity, support, and a pathway forward.
The Way Forward bridges the journey from incarceration to community reintegration through transformative programming, practical resources, and meaningful connections.
Prepare. Transition. Stabilize. Advance.
Who we are
A Different Approach to Reentry.
Preparing Women. Restoring Stability. Building Independence.
Successful reintegration does not begin on the day someone leaves prison. It begins with the opportunity to think differently, develop new skills, prepare for challenges, and establish a foundation for lasting change.
The Way Forward works across both sides of the reentry journey, providing transformative experiences before release and practical support afterward.
Our approach recognizes that personal transformation and community stability are connected.

Transforming Her Reality Into Victory Everyday
A New Reality Begins With a Renewed Mind.
T.H.R.I.V.E. is a six-week, trauma-informed, faith-based reentry preparation program that equips incarcerated women to renew their thinking, restore their identity, develop practical life skills, and prepare for successful reintegration.
Rooted in Romans 12:2, T.H.R.I.V.E. teaches that lasting transformation requires more than changing circumstances. It requires renewing the mind, rebuilding identity, strengthening personal responsibility, and applying biblical principles to everyday decisions.
T.H.R.I.V.E. participants can also receive a letter of support to assist with the parole process.
